If you cancel your registration more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of class, you will receive a refund for your tuition less $10.

Cancelations 48 hours or less prior to the commencement of class will not receive a refund.

No refunds will be given for students who attend the class.

You must be sure that the address and zip code match what your credit card bank has on file. If your card fails due to AVS - Address verification, double check the physical address and the zip code, making sure to match your billing statement with the credit card company. Both must match to pass the fraud protection security settings. This is for your security, as well as Carolina Driver Improvement.

You will receive your certificate of completion after successfully attending your scheduled class.

• If you take your class in-person, you will receive it that day.
• If you take the class virtually, you will receive it via USPS within approximately one week after class.

If you have been charged with a moving violation in North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia, you may be eligible to attend these courses.

Successful course completion may entitle you to a reduced charge or dismissal of your citation. Contact the district attorney in the county where you received your ticket for eligibility.

It is your responsibility to confirm this class will work for your needs. 

Please pay attention to the class location when you register. Your class will either be at the location you selected or in a virtual classroom on Zoom. 

If you choose a virtual class, you will receive your Zoom information before the class begins.
